Why we built Idam AI
Product managers spend an enormous amount of time on the written work that surrounds product decisions - PRDs, user stories, competitive briefs, stakeholder one-pagers. Most of it is repetitive, context-heavy, and time-consuming to get right. We built Idam AI because we believe that work should be faster, not shallower.
The idea is simple: give every PM a set of specialized AI agents that already understand their product. Not a generic chatbot you have to re-explain your context to every session - but a workspace where agents share a common knowledge layer and build on each other's outputs.
What's here today
On day one, Idam AI ships with three agents:
- PRD Drafter - structured, detailed product requirement documents from a prompt or rough notes
- Brainstorm - exploring ideas, tradeoffs, and directions before you commit
- One-Pager - concise stakeholder summaries when a full PRD is too much
Every agent shares context across your workspace. Work done in one conversation informs the next, without you having to repeat yourself.
What's coming
We're just getting warmed up. Integrations with tools like Jira and Linear are on the roadmap, along with deeper customization so agents can match your team's templates and processes.
